DRT Co., Ltd. ("DRT") protects personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea.

1. What we collect and why

• Contact and service requests: name, phone, email, organization, product serial number and your message — to respond to your request and process quotes or repairs.
• Site access logs: IP address, browser type and time of visit — to keep the site running reliably and prevent abuse.

2. Retention

We keep request data for one year after the request is closed, then delete it. Where a contract follows, we keep records for the period required by Korean law.

3. Sharing and processors

We do not share personal information with third parties without your consent. Cloudflare, Inc. processes access logs on our behalf to deliver the site.

4. Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal information, or ask us to stop processing it, at any time using the contact below.
